The Truth Six Pack Abs Program
If you’re like the majority of the people out there looking for the fastest way to get lean and turn your abs into a six pack, you may think that all you need to do is a ton of ab crunches. Well, this would seem like the most logic thing to do, wouldn’t it?
And what if I show you that it’s just a bunch of crap?
You can try, if you don’t believe me. I myself spent a couple of months in the gym doing hundreds of crunches, and the results I expected (what a surprise!) didn’t come at all.
Yes, I was feeling better, I was stronger, I had fun, but… my abs were still covered with a soft layer of fat.
No six pack. Nada. Zip.
What was wrong? I was sure I was correctly performing my crunches, I had all sorts of trainers telling me I was doing fine.
Are you starting to believe me? Maybe you experienced the same thing. And I’m going to reveal you why in a few, just go on reading.
Here’s the thing: traditional ab exercises will not get rid of fat around your mid-section, no matter how many of them you do.
In fact, classic ab exercises are meant to “isolate” the ab muscles.
And muscle isolation is probably one of the dumbest myths the fitness industry has sold to the general public.
This way more equipment gets sold, and the people working in the gyms are on this boat too, believe it or not. Without equipment, there would be no gym and they would not have a job.
Why would you want work one muscle only? It’s just a way to risk injury.
Our body works as a whole and it need equilibrium. If you overwork one muscle and neglect the others, your body will become unbalanced and this will lead eventually to stress and injury.
On the other hand, you can effectively work your entire body with the correct kind of exercise.
This way, your body will work in a more natural manner and the main outcome you’ll get will be fat burning and a strong increase in your metabolism.
By the way, you’ll need less weight to perform this kind of exercises, too.
And this is another reason why nobody would actually teach you these exercises in a gym: because you could easily perform them at home, with a couple of dumbells at the most.
In the end, if you really want to get your abs like a six pack, you should not focus on abdominal exercises.
Your workout routine should include a mix of more complex exercises, working on multiple muscle groups at the same time.
Forget about crunches. You don’t need to do hours of boring cardio neither. And, first of all, you don’t need to starve yourself.
All you need is the right workout plan, and you’ll have more fun, in less time, with more quick results.
And your six pack abs will not be late to show.
If you are struggling with getting rid of stomach fat and you want a six pack to show up on your midsection, then you need a well targeted weight loss plan.
