Quite scary, isn’t it?

What is clearly stated in this article, and I totally agree with this, is that you should never take drugs like that before consulting your physician. Since they are drugs, they should be taken only and exclusively under prescription, and I believe thay can be prescribed only in some extreme cases where no other option is available.

I always put my health first. If I want to be better and feel better, I exercise more. I neer took a pill to feel better. in any case, once the effect of the pill is gone, I would be again the same as before.

To change, you need to take the actions that will set up and run the changing process; only this way things will go for the better.

This guy is at first asking for the translation of an Italian song from a well known young singer, next starts talking about a program to lose weight.

Well, it hit me because I knew the song (and the singer, even if unfortunately is not my favorite at all to say the least).

If you’re like the majority of the people out there looking for the fastest way to get lean and turn your abs into a six pack, you may think that all you need to do is a ton of ab crunches. Well, this would seem like the most logic thing to do, wouldn’t it?

And what if I show you that it’s just a bunch of crap?

You can try, if you don’t believe me. I myself spent a couple of months in the gym doing hundreds of crunches, and the results I expected (what a surprise!) didn’t come at all.

Yes, I was feeling better, I was stronger, I had fun, but… my abs were still covered with a soft layer of fat.

What was wrong? I was sure I was correctly performing my crunches, I had all sorts of trainers telling me I was doing fine.

Getting Rid Of Stomach Fat Is Not Easy

Well, at least it takes some time, and when people don’t get quick results, they quickly give up, surrendering to their belly fat.

Anyway, it’s not easy because of the main law of fat, the one that regulates the accumulation of fat in your body.

You’re wondering what this law is?

Let me show you its effects so that you can see how it works.

When you’re young, you play sports with your friends and you are usually in shape. Living a normal social life as a teenager has its innate fat loss benefits. At least if you don’t indulge so much in beer and alcoohol drinking.

Then you get out of school and you start working on your job. This is taking most of your time, maybe it’s outside town, and the time you used t6o dedicate to sports drastically decrease towards… nothing.

Your life gets sedentary, and if you travel a lot, your eating habits get worse. No wonder your belly comes out before you can even realize it.

After your stomach, other part of your body starts getting larger, butween you eventually decide you had enough, you are determined to start losing stomach fat.

And this is where all the problem lays…

The first layers of fat you put on are the last on that get off.
